The DCC Document Control Classification (classification of document types, e.g. regulations, guidelines) provides document templates (e.g. Word) for projects. The DCC configurations are usually only defined once for a company.

To ensure that the latest version of a template file is always provided when using DCC, there is now an additional monitoring function for comparing and updating the templates organised there with the file server on which the original files were stored.
The adjustment is carried out via a path comparison and the HASH value, and the update is carried out automatically by overwriting it the next time it is used. This ensures that all DCC templates are always up to date.
